— Can you introduce yourself and tell us about your role as the new T&A lead?
Hey! I’m Yuliya, joined Mayflower on December 30, 2024. Before this, I led recruitment at Yandex Fintech.
At Mayflower, I took on the role of Talent Acquisition Lead, seeing it as an exciting new challenge in my career. A fast-growing company with a complex and innovative product means plenty of interesting and challenging tasks for me and my team.
— As a newcomer yourself, what are your observations about the company’s culture?

— You recently relocated from Moscow to Cyprus—how has the transition been for you, both personally and professionally?
The onboarding is top-notch—you feel supported by leadership and the team from day one. Add a great relocation package. Thankfully, our HROps and migration teams guided me through like a lost kitten. Without them, I might’ve chickened out!
What are your plans for enhancing the candidate experience and improving the recruitment process?
My main goal (with a massive backlog to support it) is to make recruitment at Mayflower an exciting and rewarding experience for my team—so they enjoy finding top talent worldwide. And, of course, to keep the business happy! Simple, right?
